LISA ST CYR
A marketing consultant, writer and graphic designer for the last 13 years, Lisa's initial interest in jazz and Latin jazz came from her love for salsa. Having attended several Tito Puete concerts, she became interested in jazz and started hanging at the usual spots, photographing shows and sessions to document the current scene. In 2001, in an effort to migrate her graphic design business and love for the music, she founded the St Cyr Collective, an agency specializing in music marketing & graphic design, photography, and artist representation.
Lisa's corporate clients, among others, include Ernst & Young, Merrill Lynch, J. Walter Thompson, PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Prudential Securities, Pharus Advisors, Conway Del Genio & Greis, Oprah Magazine, Bank of America, ABC Disney, Pfizer. Her music clients include among others Manuel Valera, Charles Flores, Tony Perez, Chris Washburne, Renato Thoms, Bruce Arnold, Dario Boente, Debbie Aviles, AfroMantra and Hayes Greenfield's Jazz-a-ma-tazz.
A community activist, she was on the Board of Directors of La Plaza Cultural & 9th Street B/C Block Association, a Big Brothers / Big Sisters of New York Mentor, a member of the Lower East Side Collective and a WBGO Supporter.
